Design Work

 

Design and planning, are most important, in ensuring that your hard earned money is put to good use, the first time around.  Let our years of experience guide you to that ideal outdoor living space that you've always dreamed of.

 

Sprinkler Design & Installation

 

We will provide a permit, schematic of the new system, with a legend, a backflow test, and a six month warranty on all new irrigation systems.  This warranty covers any pipes that leak after installation, sprinkler head adjustment, or coverage issues.  Our warranty does not cover, freeze damage, damage done by pets, or neglect.

SOD Installation

 

When installing sod it is imperative that the ground be graded properly, to ensure that your home will drain, and that heavy rain water will be able to flow out of your property, or into designated french drain areas, and not become trapped.  We will grade and level a top soil/ fertilizer mix, prior to placing new sod.  This established grade is always designed to allow water to flow where it needs to go.  Once the grade has been established, sod will be installed, and water rolled upon installation.  Water rolling aids in the re-rooting process, as well as helps flatten out the sod.  Subject to availability from the Sod Farm here locally, we can provide seasonal or year round sod.
